Polar Bear Latte Rules the Whirld
Last Saturday I arrived in Montana. Billings to be exact.
Been here before so I was immediately magnetized to the familiar. That would be a 7-egg omelette and a 1/2-pound burger at The Tippy Cow.
No toast, no grits, no bread.
And definitely no fries, hash browns, tater tots or any other type of tater.
After pounding this hearty meal I drove to my favorite coffee place, Classy $ Sassy, a crackerjack box style operation, situated in what would normally be an unused parking lot.
My favorite beverage there is the Polar Bear Latte, a mixture of huckleberries, white chocolate and three shots of espresso. Oh my!
Typically I avoid all the flavorings with my latte, but when in Montana, I bend the rules a bit.
I stay away from the starch: bread, pasta, rice, potatoes and grains. But I do go nuts from almost anything huckleberry and a little white chocolate with it is fine.
The last few days I’ve been just outside Glacier National Park and each I record footage that will be going into a new product.
Creating something new brings great excitement and energy into your life. And creating something new in the Rocky Mountain area, oh, what a thrill.
Before leaving Billings, I wondered if there would be a Classy and Sassy. There was, but I noticed it is permanently closed.
Nothing to worry about because there are so many coffee stations in parking. Lots up here I am astounded. And the even better news is they not only make the polar bear latte, but they do it with organic coffee. Can I have a “hell yes?”
More updates to follow.
