There are a couple pictures I want you to take a look at on my Instagram page – @mattfureysays.
In the first one you will see me sitting without a chair. In the other, I have my heels in an elevated position so that I will strengthen the tendons in my feet and ankles.
In both poses, my hands are in a position that opens up the meridians in my body, increasing the flow of blood and qi.
These are definitely worth your time to examine.

In the interim, the next time you hear statements such as, “Sitting is worse than smoking,” I suggest you grab yourself a cigar (cigarettes are for losers) and have a seat, in the postures I’m showcasing. Make the best of both worlds and you’ll be all the better for it. HA!
