Contrary to popular mainstream B.S….
Sitting is not worse for you than smoking… much less toking or drinking a fifth of Jackie Daniels.
Sitting is one of the best things you can do to get your mind and body primed and ready for almost anything. But I’m not talking about sitting in a recliner (although that’s good to do at times, too).
The kind of sitting I am advocating is on the freaking floor.
Plop your ass on the ground, also known as Mother Earth to the Newly Aged, and feel the nourishment take place as you find all your weaknesses, kinks, knots and uncomfy tight spots.
For most, this won’t take long. And you won’t be singing slamalamadingdong
You’ll be aching where most men have ached before, and all these pains will become pleasurable… if you stay on the ground and learn how to turn them into increased mobility and flexibility.
If you spend a lot of time chair sitting, balance out your body by getting a good amount floor time.
It may not be fun at first, but when your kinks and knots turn into springs and slingshots, you’ll thank me.
