What do I think about it?

I prefer killing weed(s).
I especially love pulling weed(s).
Because it’s a great metaphor for life itself – and because it makes you stronger and healthier. It also clears your mind of the cobwebs of stinkin’ thinkin’.
You drop into a squat and stay there for 5-10 minutes, or longer.
Or you do multiple deep squat sets of a minute or so.
While in a squat you “dump” on the weeds… by pulling them out of the ground.
With each pull you’re training your hands, your legs, your feet, you breath and your brain.
The deep squat position is said to lengthen your life.
Think of it.
How many people do you know past the age of 40 who can still get into a deep squat position and hang out there for 30 seconds, much less five or ten minutes?
Not many, eh?
How about at age 20?
Sad but true, our society is becoming a nation of weak-links.
But this can be reversed, especially when you follow the exercises I teach.
