Just when you thought you’d heard all the questions when it comes to squats, you get a surprise.
Earlier today, a youngster who is only 79 (and shall remain anonymous), told me that when he practices one of the squats in my Power Postures program, it causes his he-mo-rrhoids to pucker.
What to do or Whoop tee do?
I suggested he not go quite as low.
Then he told me he doesn’t pucker up while squatting. The rroid-rage happens afterward.
Darn. I don’t know what to say but I have a swelling suspicion someone will write me with an answer.
Anyhoot, this question was a first, and I’m not ashamed to admit that I doesn’t know what I just doesn’t know.
One thang is for sures, I knows when to deliberately misshape a word and use impoper grammah.
All the Best!

By the way, my new book, Psycho-Cybernetics 365 is doing exceptionally well. So much so that some people won’t get the copy they just ordered until September. Not bad for a book that launched two days ago. Thanks mucho. You can get your copy now with a click here. It’s also available in Kindle and audiobook formats. YES!!!
