Dadgummit.
Just had a little go round with a fellow Irishman who was offended that an email I sent him, not writ by me, contained the ‘s’ word.
Despite the fact that the ‘s’ word barely qualifies as swearin’ in my good book, not to mention that the Scriptures contain the words hell, damn and ass, as well as bosom, and quite regularly, which many people also think of as swearin’ – I let the man vent.
Which leads me to a point of order regarding my Warrior Walking course, which is making lads and lasses around the whirld, proclaim and exclaim, in expletives of shock and aaah, their surprise at how amazing these trekking patterns truly are.
One lass, Cindy, wrote me a revved email about how she’s getting up and moving every half-hour, and how doing so has helped her get rid of her diabetes medications.
This was before she purchased Warrior Walking. And now she is aghast at how the patterns I teach in the course are taking her fitness into the stratosphere.
A lad from Singapore wrote to rave about the first walking pattern alone. It was HUUUUUUGE! And I’m certain you will feel the same way, too, especially when you dive into the other seven ways of walking.
‘Tis why I’m keeping the current fee for the course where it is for a bit longer. Then, just as happened with Power Postures, it will escalate.
So even though this is Labor Day, it’s the perfect time to jump on board and see (and feel) for yourself, what a hot-dam difference these movements make.
Go, I mean so, I recommend (not push) you git the course NOW and by doing so I’m betting you’ll be swearin’ that this Warrior Walking is the greatest thing since roast beast, or hot maple syrup on pancakes, or pizza, whichever whets your whiskers.

P.S. Me thinks Warrior Walking is ice cream for your soles, even without you curbin’ the swearin’.
