I have a client who is busy, busy, busy.
When he’s not on the horn each day, he’s on Zoom, doing sales calls and attending meetings. He doesn’t have a spare hour or half-hour during the day to train, and when he’s not at work, he’s taking care of family.
So what does he do?
He does a minute of exercise between his calls and meetings. He does a minute of Farmer Burns deep breathing and self-resistance exercises. He does a minute of calisthenics every hour on the hour.
What are the results of following a program that consists of one-minute’s worth of exercise, several times a day?
You may be delightfully surprised. The results are phenomenal.
Strength and flexibility are increasing. And so is the energy he brings to each call.
You might think you can’t get enough exercise in a minute, but watch how often a dog and a cat take time to stretch, and you’ll get the idea. Frequency leads to results.
Take this one to the bank, my friend.
Here endeth the lesson.
