If you go to bed tired, you wake up tired.
But if you take a few minutes to reboot your system before bed, or as soon as you wake up, you can count on sliding through your day with FAR more energy.
Instead of trudging along during the day, hoping that the tired feelings will end, you take charge and reboot your body-mind by plugging yourself in and turning yourself on.
