If you’re getting older, it’s a good idea to be getting wiser.
And this means you’re getting smarter about how you train. You recognize what your true weaknesses are, how they start in your feet and move up the chain, including into the brain.
If you’re having knee pain, hip pain, brain fog and so on, the trouble may not have started in those areas. Chances are excellent that the trouble began in the roots, where your feet connect not only to the ground, but to every other tendon, ligament and organ in your body.
When you train your feet with the exercises I just released to members of the Furey Faithful, you quickly find out that something isn’t sailing as smoothly as you thought.
Here’s a quick test that you may enjoy: Take your shoes and socks off. Lift your right foot off the ground, pull your toes in and place the knuckles of your foot on the floor. You can do this seated or standing.
Now add a little bit of pressure. Not too much. Just a little bit. Does that hurt? If not, then add a bit more pressure. Again, not too much. Any pain? If so, you got yourself a problem that is flowing upstream, and you didn’t even know it.
Quite some time ago, when I first began doing this exercise, I was amazed at how much my feet hurt. But today I can knuckle-down with both feet with zero pain. As a result, my ankles and knees are stronger than ever, and getting better everyday. My hips and glutes are much improved as well. And when it comes to overall energy levels and the lightning quick processing of information, I am in AWE.
I was told long ago, by a doctor whom I respect, that there is a foot and toe connection associated with Alzheimers, brain fog and so on. Makes sense to me, especially after experiencing the release that accompanies these exercises.
Alzheimers and dementia may not be something you’re concerned about warding off, but if you’re similar to most people, I’m betting you have aches and pains in your feet, ankles, knees and/or hips. Perhaps you’re one of those who have pain in all of those areas.
What I am presenting in this new course, which cover Tiger Isometrics for the entire body. The first two-week section is already up on the Furey Faithful. It may be what turns things around for you.
