Let’s mentally pretend that someone says the following to you: “You look younger.”
Would you be offended by this remark? I doubt it.
How do I know?
Because I’ve heard it said to me many times since 2004, when I first began practicing Dao Zou.
Within a few days of practicing this type of moving meditation/visualization, I quickly realized it “rewinds your mind.” It also allows you to unplug from the stresses of the day and puts you into a transcendent vibrational and emotional state.
Unlike seated meditations, where you can go through intense anxiety and internal turmoil as you try your best to corral your ‘monkey mind,’ with Dao Zou you effortlessly find a natural state of bliss and balance.
You’re not trying to find bliss or balance. You’re not thinking about it. It’s not a goal. Yet, you find it, every single time.
Oftentimes, what we pursue eludes us.
With Dao Zou, because there is no pursuing, there is nothing to elude you.
All you do is focus on the various movements I teach as you breathe deeply and visualize.
Last week, Mark, a long-time coaching client, remarked how he’s never felt the energy gates in his body open so easily. After tapping along the lines I explained in the videos, he was awestruck.
“It’s as though a geyser opens up within and all the excess steam, as well as the gunk, pours out of you,” he stated.
“Indeed. It’s the ultimate way to blow off the stresses and strains of daily living,” I answered. “It can’t be beat. This is why I use it each night. It’s also why I use it before speaking in public, or going into a studio to record an audio book. It eliminates the angst and releases the audaciousness.”
Know of anyone who could use a dose of daily bliss and balance?
If so, help this person tap the powers of the Universe with Dao Zou.
It’s the secret to eliminating negativity without any effort whatsoever.
See it. Feel it. Be it.
