Last week I consulted with a man, who happens to be a doctor. He wanted guidance on what he could do to lose weight.
This was the second doctor I spoke with on this subject in two days, and both of them raved about what they learned.
I didn’t tell them what to do, but rather, what I have done. Period.
Upon hearing my story it’s totally up to them to decide whether or not to do something similar.
Well, one of the doctors is already down 10 pounds – and it hasn’t even been a week.
Yeeeessssss!
Imagine how good he’s going to feel when he’s at his ideal weight. People who haven’t seen him in a while won’t even recognize him.
Since December, I’ve been hovering around 198 pounds. That’s when I finally, most assuredly “cracked the code” on weight loss from both a psychological and physical point of view.
It’s far easier than you think – or have been taught.
But there are a ton of potholes along the way. I can assure you I’ve fallen into many of those holes, so I know from experience what does and doesn’t work.
The “even better news” is that I’ve made some additional adjustments since last December, that have made it super easy to maintain my weight – or take off more.
In fact, I’ve decided to drop down another 5 kilos – to 187 pounds.
I’m documenting everything I’m doing – what works and what doesn’t – and this June 13-15, I’ll be presenting it all at my Fast Fitness and Flexibility Seminar in Tampa Bay, Florida.
Currently, there are five more spots to claim.
Be part of something great. Come change your life forever.
Kick ass – take names,
Matt Furey
