Last Friday and Saturday I had a group in town for some semi-private coaching.
Per usual, they were astounded as they learned to move in ways they’d never entertained before.
“Let’s begin today with walking,” I spoke. “Let me see what you’ve got going on with how you step through life.”
I stood and watched as they took a minutes worth of steps.
“That’s what I thought,” I quipped.
This definitely got their attention, and a few laughs.
“Look at Bob walk,” I added. “See how he puts his heel down first. That’s how most humans walk. Unknowingly, most people walk the way their parents walked. It’s monkey-see, monkey-do – and that’s an insult to monkeys because monkeys already know how to be animalistic. Humans have the animal trained out of them.”
This got some laughs – and even more attention.
“When you were an infant, you moved naturally and breathed naturally. Then you learned to be a human and everything
went south from there.”
“It’s a good idea to be human – but you’re better off being part-human, at least as far as movement is concerned. The benefits to your body will be enormous – and you’ll light up your brain in ways you cannot currently imagine.”
Before I made some adjustments to the way the group walked, we got on the ground and learned the proper way to move the way bears and tigers and gorillas walk.
“You’ll only need one minute of any of these per day and you’ll be in awe of the changes that take place in your body. One minute of crawling and you’ll change your body more than a mile of zombie-like walking that you were doing earlier.”
“I can feel this in my brain,” Bob exclaimed. “This is unreal.”
“I understand,” I replied. “We’re unleashing your inner animal. He’s walking through your brain as you crawl.”
Later that day I received two messages from members of the FureyFaithful.com site, who are raving about how much they’re loving the feel of getting in touch with their inner animal.
One member says he’s been crawling through the house for a minute each day. Says it wakes him up faster than anything
he’s ever done.
“Can’t wait for good weather so I can explore these outdoors,” he wrote.
The following day our group “beamed up” when it came time for walking the way a Zen Master walks.
Huh?
Mmmm, hmmmm.
Or to put it in significantly easier lingo for y’all to draw near, I taught them how to convert animal walking into a positive vibration walk known only by an elite group of internal martial artists.
Try to figure this one out on your own.
And if you get stuck thinking how it would look or work, you can join me in the FureyFaithful.com members site where I reveal all.
The bear, tiger and gorilla walking methods are on the site NOW – and the Zen Master walking method will be going up later this week.
Upgrade your brain. Unleash your inner animal.
Be natural – AGAIN.
