It was around 2003. I was listening to a guy talking about how his method of training was better than bodyweight exercise.
I remember calling my friend, Jon, after hearing him speak.
Jon remarked, “How can anything be better than a bodyweight exercise?”
’tis a great question.
Bodyweight exercises are the greatest non-invention known to man.
That’s correct.
There is no inventing with bodyweight exercise. You can only discover what is already here – or what was previously known, discarded and forgotten.
The exercises in Combat Conditioning are nothing new. They’ve existed for thousands of years. But for the majority of the world, they never existed until I came out with my book and DVDs. They were in fact, NEW to them. They were in many ways, life-changers.
So I repeat, in slightly different words, although you can never invent anything new in regard to bodyweight exercise, you can only innovate and/or rediscover what is/was already here.
When you personally discover for yourself, the uncanny power of the different pushups, squats and bridging exercises I teach in my book and DVDs, you will be amazed, and your life will change for the better.
You’ll get stronger, faster and leaner. You’ll increase your flexibility, power and endurance. You’ll become more elastic in all your movements.
And if you’re an athlete or martial artist, you’ll probably see yourself moving to the top.
You can bulk up all you want with weights, but when the fighting starts, be careful about betting on the guy or gal with the ripped abs, striated muscles and bodybuilding beach look. Bet on the one with the natural and “loose” look.
That’s what Combat Conditioning gives you, my friend. A natural and loose look.
A look that truly does…
kick ass and take names.

P.S. By the way, only 40 copies of the last-ever print version of the current Combat Conditioning are left in stock. This book, along with the free autographed martial arts magazine I’ll be sending you, are bonafide collector’s items.
P.P.S. One more thing: If you want to increase your desire and discipline to make damn sure you get your workout in each day, then you’ll want to hang these posters on your wall.
