I’m around 125 kg right now and am interested in getting your Combat Conditioning System, but I have a question. You mentioned that you can lose inches with this program but isn’t the logic that you have to diet in order to lose weight and exercise isnt going to do much? I tried searching online about this but every website has different things to say. I trust your words and ready to listen so say what you already know.
Here’s the straight scoop: People can and do lose inches, as well as weight through exercise alone. Sadly, some people don’t. Those who exercise and don’t lose weight are oftentimes the ones following diets. The diet may work temporarily but because it is unsustainable, they eventually gain back the weight that was lost (and then some). Calorie counting and such is a complete waste of time. Your mind and body will always rebel, not at first, but eventually.
Just as your body needs rest to recover from exercise, your internal organs need rest to function at their optimum. I suggest you begin with exercise alone and track your progress for 90 days. Chances are excellent you’ll be pleasantly surprised. If and when you decide to ramp up your results, I’ll have more information for you then.
