As el Furecat forecasted several weeks ago, the panic-demic ain’t turning out to be anywhere close to what the experts predicted.
More and more people are waking up, in part, because of a few M.D.s who have the courage of their convictions to counter the narrative.
They are having huge success treating patients with the protocol that the POTUS supposedly mansplained at the beginning of this crisis.
Nah, couldn’t be.
Or could it?
Do some digging and decide for yourself.
On a much smaller scale, this reminds me of the early days of Combat Conditioning.
Who was I to say that you could dramatically increase your functional strength, endurance and flexibility by dropping the weights instead of lifting them?
Who was I to write that weights increase the likelihood of injury, especially to the tendons and ligaments?
Who was I to mention that bodyweight exercises were fundamental to your athleticism?
And how could I say that the fat flies off your body faster when you do bodyweight calisthenics instead of pumping iron?
I was a fool. I was an idiot. I didn’t know anything.
Yet, here we are 21 years later, and bodyweight fitness is MASSIVE.
A similar situation happened when I wrote about Dao Zou and how you could de-stress, eliminate negative emotions, get stronger, improve your memory and gain a sense of daily euphoria from doing certain exercises in reverse.
In fact, what I have experienced with Dao Zou is off-the-chain stellar.
And in these trying times, there’s nothing better than Dao Zou for eliminating the down-right nasty and negative feelings permeating the culture.
Take time each day to detox from the daily dopamine dealers. Turn off the schnews and practice the exercises I teach. Do this and you’ll probably be glad you followed the advice I have for you in my products.
Kick ass – take names.

By the way, if you hate what I’m saying, please unsubscribe. It don’t make me no never mind.
Also, if you think I should “stick with fitness,” you are free to leave as well.
I write about whatever the hell I want to write about. That’s the way it’s always been with me. ’tis why my website states, up front, that I’m “politically incorrect.”
