It’s shocking.
So many of today’s young athletes and martial artists cannot hold their bodies together as one unit.
Not that long ago, I watched in horror as a baseball coach led his troops through a round of so-called “Hindu squats.”
The lack of coordination, balance, strength and timing was perplexing.
Worst of all, the coach made no corrections.
And do you want to know why?
It’s because he couldn’t do them correctly either.
I fully understand when formerly sedentary adults are disconnected from their bodies and have trouble doing an exercise.
At the same time I am stunned when the youth of today have trouble with basic pushups and squats, yet they’re in the weight room pumping iron. It makes no sense at all.
So I got to thinking about creating a procedural, step-by-step YouTube video that the young and the formerly sedentary can use to do perfect (or almost perfect), Hindu squats.
Now, let me say it as simply as I can: the benefits of Hindu squats are earth-shattering.
They dramatically elevate the strength, elasticity and endurance in your legs, helping to prevent injuries.
They turn you into a bonafide stud, a kick-butt athlete and/or martial artist.
They improve your balance and coordination. They give you mind power along with the idea that you can accomplish anything you focus on.
I’ve been teaching Hindu squats for over 25 years, and am still doing them at age 61.
Why? Because they strengthen and heal your knees, keeping you mobile, agile and powerful.
So follow me as I give you a slam-dunk approach that will get you up and pumping, in more ways than one.
Watch the video and you, too, will be kicking ass and taking names!
