Here’s what you’ll notice: Almost everyone complains about aches, pains and injuries.
If it’s not their lower back, it’s their neck. If it’s not their knees, it’s their shoulders. If it’s not their wrists or elbows, it’s their ankles and feet.
Pain sucks. It really does.
Exercising the wrong way can lead to injuries. So can playing sports, practicing martial arts or doing yoga. And as you get a few years past 40, you might notice something incredibly odd.
What oddity is that?
It’s the dumbfounding reality that you can injure yourself while sleeping.
How the hell does someone go from a young child who could bounce on cement and not get hurt, to someone who sustains a shoulder or neck injury while taking a rest?
One of the main reasons for so many injuries is improper breathing. People tend to hold their breath while exerting effort, and this causes the muscles and tendons to shorten, and this leads to tears, strains and sprains.
Two of the keys to remaining injury free as long as possible, as well as getting out of pain, are:
1. to think in terms of getting longer and stronger rather than shorter and tighter.
2. to inhale and exhale deeply to release the tension from your body as you train.
Every fitness program I have ever created works toward the goal of making you longer, stronger… and better.
Recently, I began promoting Lt. Col. Eric Guttman’s Healing Isometrics program, because it not only fits what I’ve been teaching and preaching for more than 20 years, but it is a program that Eric has lived.
As you can imagine, Eric has had his share of injuries from being in the military, and from being a lifelong athlete. Although being injured is never fun, there is value in it if you’re willing to learn what your body is trying to tell you. There’s even more value when you learn how to heal your own aches and pains, and you create a program based upon your methods that works wonders for others, too.
That’s why I’m so big on Healing Isometrics. It’s much better than a program put out by a physical therapist who was never seriously injured. It’s a program created by someone who has truly felt pain, at a deep level; and figured out a unique way to get rid of the ill feelings without drugs, surgery or a bunch of rehab exercises that don’t work so well.
At the present time, Healing Isometrics comes with a specially bonus program, Maximum Mobility in Minimum Time, but only for a short while. Both of these programs come to you digitally, so you can download them instantly, no matter where you live in the world.
These two programs will be separated eventually, but for now, they are a 2-for-1 that cannot be beaten.
Jump on this special offer NOW, my friend, and start saying goodbye to pain.

P.S. Got a few copies of Combat Conditioning left. Once they sell out, they are gone forever.
