Every single day I have a breakthrough.
Sometimes several breakthroughs.
I have these breakthroughs in how I train, in the details of an exercise, in the way I stretch, practice tai chi, breath and/or go about eating.
Most of these breakthroughs are small but they feel huge. Every single one of them. Little hinges swing big doors.
Some of these breakthroughs seem as though they are tiny changes or shifts, but the results they produce are major.
On one of those days I discovered something I “should have” already known and/or observed.
And everyone I’ve taught this to so far, who has followed it, has totally kicked ass.
‘Twas nothing more than an observation of reality on my part; what has worked for me in the past that I didn’t quite realize or understand, but now do.
It has to do with a way of eating (not dieting).
It has to do with foods and beverages and how to combine them in a yin-yang way that maximizes results fast. Yes, I’m talking about blow-torching stubborn fat off your body, getting shredded, and doing so damn near effortlessly, compared to anything else you’ve ever tried.
I’m also talking about getting stronger and more flexible as a result of this way of eating.
Think it, picture it and do it.
That’s how you’ll feel after you’ve been on this program for about a month.
You get an idea of doing something you may have never done before (or not in years). You picture yourself doing it and then you jump out of your chair and give it a whirl.
To your surprise, you pull it off with ease.
That’s what I’m talking about, baby.
YESSSSSSSS.
I’ll be going over this way of eating and training at my Fast Fitness and Flexiblity Seminar next month, in Tampa, Florida.
If you’re interested in attending, please go here – and please do so pronto.
Drop me a line and together we will…
Kick ass – take names.
