If you’re suffering with joint pain you might be surprised to learn the following:
Whether you’ve exercised or been sedentary all your life, the blame is the same.
How can exercise as well as inactivity be to blame for joint pain?
The answer is simpler than you think.
Here tis: Even if you exercise on a regular basis, you’re probably ignoring the tendons, ligaments, bones and fascia.
Whether you walk, run or lift weights, you’re beating up your joints because you were never taught how to take care of them – or that you could.
The way out of the mess is to replace your standard “push-pull” exercises with coiling snake-like exercises.
You learn to move your body the way you would if you were a big ball of connective tissue.
You learn to open and stretch the joints in your body so the pain can flow out of you.
You learn to strengthen the tendons so you stop getting injured and/or heal injuries you currently have.
And you learn to breathe bigger and engage the fascia so that your body becomes the web of powerful and elastic tissue it was made to be.
When you do as stated above, miracles happen.
Whether it’s back or neck pain, elbow or knee pain, wrist or ankle pain, it’s amazing when you discover that there’s more to the game of being fit than having toned muscles.
So remember the following:
Your body has coiling energy for a reason.
It will save you any day of the season.
Kick ass – take names.
