Your body needs variety. It needs change. It needs to go where it’s never gone before.
This is why I have a variety of exercises to choose from along with workouts that keep my mind-body in a constant state of adaptation.
None of my workouts take long.
Dao Zou is about 30 minutes.
Combat Conditioning will give you all you need within 15 minutes.
A couple of my workouts are two minutes long. Sometimes the two minutes is constant while at other times it is cumulative.
For example, there’s an exercise in Primate Power you can do for two minutes without stopping, but ONLY when you have the advanced strength of a monkey or, even better, an orangutan.
But to build up to it, you start with 20 or 30 seconds, and you repeat those 20-30 seconds of that specific exercise throughout the day, rather than all at once.
That’s all you do for the day – and it works big time. You can do other exercises if you want, but when you choose wisely and cause the adaptation response, you need to do far less than you might think to get RESULTS.
Keep this in mind: It’s not how long you train. It’s what you train.
Want some orangutan strength to come your way? Then jump on Primate Power and see your overall strength soar.
Kick ass – take names.
