For all the chatter about pills and potions that supposedly burn off unwanted phat*, there’s a hidden activator inside of you that the medical marketers don’t want you to know about. And there’s probably never been a better time in recent history to test it out.
Here’s the process:
Step One – you take all your clothes off and you stand before a mirror. Assuming you have fistfuls of unwanted phat on your body, you grab onto them.
Step Two – as you’re holding onto your unwanted fistfuls of phat, you look deeply into your eyeballs.
Step Three – as you’re staring into your eyeballs you tell your brain in a loud and commanding voice that this crud has got to go, that it IS going away and that you are NOW in control of it.
After doing this exercise, your phat-burning genie will go to work for you, bringing you the know-how that will get you into the best condition of your life.
Perhaps you’ll be led to begin intermittent fasting, something el Furecat believes in.
Or you’ll do a prolonged fast once a week; maybe even once a month.
You may be led to go outside and walk, skip rope or run.
You might even start doing Furecat Exercises again, ya know, the ones inside the best-selling Combat Conditioning that you were doing before, with radical results I might add, but forgot about once you got sucked into the evil rat race.
Getting phat as phudge can happen to any of us. Getting lean and mean can happen to anyone as well.
Success begins with a decision, preferably made before the judge and jury inside your own mind, i.e. eyeball-to-eyeball before a mirror.
Realize that your so-called “logical mind” may want you to dismiss the mirror exercise I’ve outlined in this email.
To your logical mind, it may label it as weird or “silly” or some other adjective you were shamed into accepting as a child.
But get this: There ain’t no magic in logic.
The power to change who you are cannot be logically thought out. The power for change comes from mental imagery, from seeing yourself at your best; from seeing the phat bastard within being dishonorably discharged and replaced by a lean-and-mean maestro.
What do you think of that?
Here endeth the lesson.
Matt Furey
P.S. The exercises in Combat Conditioning work magically as well – but they work even better when you’ve made the decision to become who you really are within. Instead of becoming the “best version” of yourself, you become the REAL YOU, the REAL DEAL.
