When it comes to health and fitness, to strength training, to athletic and martial arts performance, the tiniest of secrets open the biggest of doors.
I often marvel at how the slightest change in how you sit, stand, walk, run, move and breathe, can lead to major breakthroughs. Those who think there are no secrets, other than hard work, miss the magic that is revealed to you when you take a rest.
Hard work is important, but so is being open to the fact that no one has all the answers.
The definitive or ultimate book of anything, is always far from it because you cannot capture everything that can be known, no matter how hard you try.
That’s why I enjoy going over what I’ve learned and taught in the past, and refining it. The idea that “a punt is only a punt and a pass is just a pass,” is far from accurate. Similarly, a pushup and a squat is not just a pushup and a squat. There are many variations of the same theme. Some good, some not good at all.
Hindu pushups and squats are not just pushups and squats. They take you into realms within realms. What appears simple goes as deep as you choose to explore.
The above is one of the reasons I have a membership site, as I can give updates on a regular basis. What began over 21 years ago is still fresh as the morning sunshine.
Yet, you must start somewhere, and for me, it was with the Combat Conditioning book and DVDs, which are international best-sellers.
And here we are today, with only two boxes left of the final print version. Once they are sold out, Combat Conditioning will only be available digitally, as I am eager to explore the publication of other books and courses, one of which will be out next week.
If you don’t yet have a printed version of this collector’s item, make sure you jump on this NOW.
As a special bonus for those who order from the remaining supply, we will also throw in, gratis, a copy of Kick Ass Take Names, as well as an autographed copy of a martial arts magazine that featured me on the cover.
All for now.
Have a kick butt weekend.
