I’ve said it before and I am saying it again, but this time I’m going to say it with anger and mean-spiritedness, hehe.
No one is so busy that he or she doesn’t have time for one minute of exercise. Anyone who says he’s too busy is full of himself, pretending he’s so important that he cannot possibly find a single moment of the day to get some training in.
This same person is, however, a master of scrolling, reading everyone’s tweets and sheets and deletes on social media. And he’s got time for tee-vee, eating, drinking and living the cream (not the dream).
What you’re really admitting to when you say you don’t have time for exercise, is that you’re lazy, weak-willed and most likely woke.
Woke is Low-T personified. Stay away from Woke – it may lead to a stroke.
Anyway, the key to turning the she-ite mindset into the ass-kicking mindset is to do what I call “WAKING UP without going WOKE.”
WAKE UP, plop your butt in a chair and begin reading and/or leafing through the pages of Combat Conditioning (now in a spiral bound format).
Read for 15 minutes. Look at the photos. Then get off your duff and start with one Hindu pushup and one Hindu squat.
The next day, read some more and see if you can do two of each of the exercises listed above – (there are 46 more in the book).
On day three, shoot for three reps.
Of course, you can probably do more than 1, 2 or 3 reps, but this method will remove your excuses about not having enough time. Plus, when you make time for one minute, your mind will expand and you’ll find a second minute, and a third. And before long you’ll be putting 15 minutes a day in, turning yourself into a freakin stud bull.
This is how you get the ball rolling. This is how you begin to…
Kick Ass and Take Names!
P.S. The Farmer Burns 1914 by-mail course, Lessons in Wrestling and Physical Culture is also available now in a spiral bound format.
