Over 30 years ago I learned an exercise called Tiger Scratches the Earth.
And I ignored it most of the time, other than when I was practicing tai chi.
Today, I never miss a day of this exercise, but I also make sure I do another one that keeps me nimble and quick.
This second exercise appears to be “only working” your toes, but it hits almost everything in the kinetic chain. It also balances your brain and keeps you youthful.
I jokingly say, but not completely, that you can live to 105 years of age if you do the two exercises I am teaching you in my most recent You Tube video.
There’s an ancient Taoist saying that I first mentioned years ago, when I released a red-hot product on longevity. It has to do with the first part of your body to go when you are getting older.
If you don’t already know the saying I’m referring to, you’ll learn it in this clip. And then… you’ll hear me amend the phrase slightly. When I do so, you’re going to get a huge “download” as to what you can do to turn back the clock much more than a few hours.
We’re talking years, my friend.

P.S. For those of you who have my Combat Conditioning and Power Postures courses, be sure to add these exercises into your daily training. They will make a monumental difference for you.
