After sending out yesterday’s email, “Kicking Ass in China,” a doctor friend wrote to ask me if I was taking Advil.
My response: “What is that?”
He replied with an explanation, not realizing I’m well aware of what Advil is, as well as talking about how good it is for joint pain.
El Furecat countered: “Joint pain?”
Seriously speaking, I don’t take aspirin, ibuprofen, Tylenol, Advil or any of those other dumbass over-the-counter analgesics. I don’t take pain medication for my joints because I don’t have joint pain.
And there are many reasons I don’t have joint pain. Here are several for you to feast on:
1. I eat copious amounts of meat, especially lamb and beef.
2. I don’t eat starches.
3. I don’t eat sugar.
4. I fast regularly.
5. I do a wide array of joint circulation exercises.
6. I practice tai chi.
Now, I do have an herbal supplement that I rub on my hands and feet. Sometimes I rub it over my knees and on my lower back. But not for pain. I do so to ramp things up more – not to fix something. Big difference.
By the way, I’ll let members of the Matt Furey Inner Circle in on that specific supplement, because you can use it for joint pain, if you have it.
It’s a Chinese lineament and it kicks booty.
But if you really want the best results, you need to learn how to circulate the energy in your joints. I cover this in the Matt Furey Inner Circle as well.
I will also be covering this subject of joint pain and fat loss – especially after 40 or 50, in even more depth in a new service I’ll be offering soon, in collaboration with a long-time Furey Follower and fellow super stud.
That’s all I have for now.
